Rain has been falling almost everyday these days, but fortunately there are no big storms that happen… but 3 days ago, a storm came and it hit us big and hard. Was wondering what storm am I talking about when it’s just normal rain that we had? Haha… I’m talking about Storm Warriors =P… or better known to many as ‘风云‘. This movie was actually based on a very famous comic in Hong Kong and it’s actually a sequel. The 1st movie itself is named Storm Raider 10 years back… and after 10 years, we can now witness the sequel of it~
Tuesday night… as I was saying it’s raining and I got an invitation from GSC to the Storm Warriors Party at Aloha KL, where the director, Pang Brothers (they are known for their horror movie The Eye starring our own Lee Sinje), Aaron Kwok and Ekin Cheng were there to have some fun with us~
The door to the party was opened at 8 but we arrive rather late at about 8:30, and almost all the tables and chairs were already grabbed up…
Luckily enough there’s a reserved area for us with the sponsors~
the reserved area is only next to the stage…
and guess what? This reserved area was also where the artists seated that night too~~
We were treated with foods & drinks~
and goodie bags with a Storm Warriors T-shirt, 6 packs of Drinho Homesoy and EON Bank Group 2010 风云 Calendar~
The party started only around 9pm when the 2 deejays from 98.8 warm up the party.
We have DJs KK and Dai Po in the house that night where they gave away lots of movie tickets as well as some exclusive merchandise from the movie!
The happening part of course happen when the artistes enter the room and seated~
They were so close, right beside of me that I can actually touch them… but of course, I’m not a fan of them to do that lar =P
While waiting for their turn to go on stage, I can’t help but overheard them talking about the dance by the participants on stage and they actually like what they did and sort of enjoyed it ^^
When it’s their turn on stage, the directors of course talked about the movie and both Aaron and Ekin shared about their feelings towards being the main cast in the movie… but most of the talking was done by Aaron~
You can see that he was trying hard to excite everyone in the house and somehow the audiences like it! It’s rather hard for them to not feel excited towards this movie as it has already been 10 years before they come back together to make this sequel… 10 years are really quite a long way…
haha, even the directors and emcees love it!! Aaron is still looking young n cute~

Apparently they need to rush off to airport as they need to go to another country to promote the movie. It is really a very rush day for them right~
The promotional visit seems to be doing very well according to the distributor and I believe the movie should have quite a good response… especially for those who have seen the 1st part and now after 10 years… we shall all see how differently it is 10 years later ^^ yeah, I watched it 10 years ago… and I was only 14 years old that time~ miss those young time so much la~
Have a really great time in Aloha that night, hehe thanks GSC, love GSC!! Well, I didnt stay on to have fun with the rest… ciao right after Aaron, Ekin, Pang Brothers left, as I have another meeting to rush to… have been kinda busy lately, hope u all are doing good ya =)
