Wednesday… it was really a rushing mid week day for me. who would have known that a movie and dinner could be such a rush but it was a worthy ones… especially when you have a Gamer and witness a Winner at the same time!! ^^
对不起又让大家久等了，每一天都过得虽紧凑却依然精彩~ 时间安排得非常频密却有意义，在外出席了很多活动，在内每一天都好好陪伴家人与宠物，工作上也非常顺心，心情也就更为乐观啦~ 一切都安排得还好，只是还不够完整，由于一有时间就用在工作，朋友，家人，爱宠，盈利与非盈利活动上…… 所以…… 让叶落阁给静下来了，非常抱歉哦~ 我会好好再计划计划，因为我知道，再忙，时间都是由人来安排的 ^^ 谢谢大家的体谅~ 收到了好多电邮，短讯，信息，邮包等，你们的种种支持，让我打起精神甚至微笑面对每一天，心里的感激，很深，很深。
so, what’s this Gamer? i’m not a very Gamer myself but this is really something different…. especially when it is applied into a movie. yes… i’m talking about the movie – Gamer.
went to the Preview Screening of the movie yesterday (thanks to GSC) and it was quite an eye opener to watch it. something that i feel could happen as time comes. though interesting, the camera angle could make you go @.@ imagine yourself being inside a game of Counter Strike but yet your view is the player’s view… just imagining it would have made you go dizzy, but i enjoy feelin dizzy at times lah =P

well, the whole story goes with a prisoner being used as a fighter in a reality combat game and the Gamer actually can control the prisoner. so this is really ‘real’ game, with ‘real’ life and experience in it. there’s no ‘continue’ when you die… but what if you do not want to die??? this is how the movie goes about showing how a player do not want to be killed in this game of life and death and try to escape it… but in the end, would his destiny be the same? well, you have to be a Gamer to find out about it… or easier, just watched it lah =)

this is no other than our very good friend – Senheng ^^ 大赢家的第二十年~
Senheng celebrated their 20th anniversary yesterday at Sunway Lagoon Resort and Spa~
this celebration dinner promised lots of wines and beers (which you could see even before you enter into the room)… well, what is a celebration without these rite??
好开心出席这个庆祝晚宴，可以品尝那么多的红酒，我非常爱红酒，最近更爱上了一个地方，过些时候会在这里介绍给大家~~~

还有一间让我非常有感慨，由印度老伯伯们开了三十年的地毯店铺，这个星期去了好几次，喜欢听他们说话，述说着二十年三十年来的风雨不改，一起工作的老人们，有的是温情，友情与亲情…… 游戏城市里，除了我的 home sweet home 和 work inspiring work, 原来也有我向往的简单生活…… 我对老板说好了，现在开始，我们所有活动要用的地毯，都一定去那里买了~

what catches my attention most is the video showing their past… from just half a store in pandan jaya to more than 100 outlets nationwide… this is what i called a Winner!!

This is a touching part when everyone sings together~ it makes me miss my buddies and soul mates too…
activities on stage that night included speech by Senheng managing director – Mr. KH Lim, sharing moments by the staffs, cake cutting ceremony, karaoke time and also the presentation of our Miss Malaysia 2008 Soo Wincci and Cindy~~

I’m so proud to be American, but I try not to erase my former citizenship (no need to mention it, it makes me sick!, wuékz…)
