Update 01Nov2008: poster won by Daniel already ^^
Anyone been to Bangkok lately? Well, I’ve been there (not too lately :P) and I kinda agree with this “Bangkok Dangerous”. How dangerous is it? Heard of Pat Phong? It is one the fav and known place to tourists to Bangkok. You can basically find anything you want in Pat Phong (yeah, I mean “anything”).

So, how is it dangerous? Since it’s my 1st trip to Bangkok, I have to have a look at the famous show in Thai – the “Tiger” Show. We were being offered to board this pub with the saying that it’s free-of-charge and you only pay for your drink and so we were being led up stairs to a pub with a round center-stage with the show on!! We (the girls) are more fortunate compared to the opposite sex as we were not being disturbed or annoyed by the “tiger”. Soon after we decided to leave and guess what?? the bill which shocked us off our seat (3,000 baht per person!!!!) and we were being told that the show is not free and the guy who mentioned it is no-where-to-be-seen. The discussion went quite sour with both side yelling and of course (we, being at a foreign place will be a lil shaken) but manage to do what we do best – NEGO. Yeah, we talked our way into paying 600 baht per person (to which we understand is the standard door fees for a genuine show) and we left then…
Yeah!!! so Bangkok Dangerous is right!!!
but what I wanna highlight is this:

Yeah baby… it’s this movie – BANGKOK DANGEROUS by none other than one of my fav actor, Nicholas Cage. I was being invited to catch the preview of this movie and boys, it surely feel dangerous inside the hall. You can feel danger all around you and I don’t even have a moment to catch my breath (well, more to not being able to get a sip of my Cola)… it sounds exaggerating to u? TRUST ME, i will really put myself into a movie whenever i’m watching one kay…
Here’s more shots from the movie:

Too much of Nic you think? Haha. Here’s another one :P

A bit too much is it? Haha. I just love his emotional-less acting. Just a wink of the eye and you can sense that danger is around the corner!
Guysssss… don’t get too upset. Here’s a lil something for you all:

The beautiful Charlie Young. She looks very much better in this movie compared to any of the previous one… but there are more than meet-the-eye for this girl. How is it so? Watch it to find out what I mean and if anyone could guess it before the movie release on 23rd, maybe I’ll consider to reward you with a lil something from the movie. Hmmmm, how about an OFFICIAL “Bangkok Dangerous” movie poster?
ATTENTION: ANYONE WHO CAN TELL ME (OR GUESS) WHAT IS MORE THAN MEET-THE-EYE FROM THIS BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN THE MOVIE, I’LL CONSIDER TO GIVE YOU THE MOVIE POSTER OF MINE. JUST LEAVE ME A COMMENT ABOUT IT BEFORE END OF THIS WEEK.
Oh! In case you wonder who thought of making this exciting film, it is the Pang Brothers (you would have recognise their work from the horror movie – The Eye) and this is actually a remake of their 1999 Thai film, of the same name.
For more information of the movie, log on to www.bangkokdangerousmovie.net.
and lastly, thanks to GSC for the invitation and dear all, Bangkok Dangerous will be on screen tomorrow, Thurs, 23 October 2008. Remember to watch this 1 hour and 39 minutes movie ya!! support my Nicholas Cage hehe :D

我只前去也是被骗钱了,只是没你这么多罢了!
Not a fan of Cage, I find him too one-dimensional. :-)
