Black Sheep

Black Sheep, a New Zealand dark comedy/horror movie that I really looking forward to watch earlier and I really have high hopes into this film. It starts showing in cinema yest, which is Merdeka Day, but all the tickets were fully booked >_< The tagline of this film is Get Ready For The Violence Of The Lambs! It’s about a herd of sheep that became man-eating killers. Well, all of my close friends actually know that I am one of those who really like “serious” zombie movies and I never miss out Dawn of the Dead nor 28 Days later… even those in Spanish or other languages. The zombies in Black Sheep are not that serious and not that light too. Jonathon King is the director and writer. This movie even has the animators of Lord Of The Ring as it’s being shot in New Zealand too… However… I’m really disappointed after I watched it… truly unimpressed with it… Those expectations gone… this zombie film doesn’t has much jump-out-of-your-seat moments and the quality of it… is really .. err… can I say lousy? There are just so many jump frames that make me so headache… storyline is not good too…the editing is so terrible even the colours… or mayb it’s the mood that they want to portray or what I dono lar.. hmm, the actors did a good job and there are a lot of jokes in the movie too… however some of the jokes in the entire movie are sort of low-brow humor to me… the only thing I like bout the movie is the title Black Sheep… I think it’s not about the sheep but the elder brother in the movie who is the black sheep of the family… mmm, it’s a NO NO NO movie in the cinema >_< unless u only wanna watch those sheep eatin men part… those are cool animations~
