Today I went to my friend, Chloe’s church for a Durian Party! Haha my all time favourite~ Chloe just came back from UK and im so glad to meet her again… I didn’t attend the gathering yesterday with her and some very close secondary school mates due to some probs, however, im so glad to see her today! She looks as pretty as always. Hehe, there were four of us including my sis Shanere and Yee voon. And they were complaining that I always have no time for them >< ahhh, how I wish to tell I really miss spending time with them…

The colourful durians~

When we arrived her church, everyone greeted us with the warmest heart… the most exciting part is that the durians were beautifully decorated with color papers! and of cause, it is just so amazing to meet up Chloe’s dad and mom again… it has been one year since the last time I met them at KLIA airport… the day that Chloe was leaving to UK… still I remember how we chased all the way just to catch a glimpse of her back after she checked in… guess wat, now she is graduated.. and yes, time flies.

ok back to the durian party…

Well, why durian party? Its because durian is the king of the fruits and everyone is the fruits of Jesus~ im not a Christian but im truly touched by the phrase too. it’s the 3^rd anniversary of Chloe’s church – In Touch.

3rd anni of In Touch… and we hav 5 durians on our table… ^^<can even ask for more… hehe>

The party started wif a lil dance and prayers~

After the prayers, there were some contests for getting more durians on each table… its really ridiculous that we were always the slowest, haha, and 4 girls opening a durian together made people really laughed… sadly we only managed to open one durian while the others already opened as many as 7. >,< the winner actually won a Durian King which was wrapped nicely with yellow ribbon~

The Durian King~

There were some awards given during the anniversary… to a couple that helps to carry the chairs every week for the Sunday worships…also to the musicians of the church, and even to the Kakak of the church… im so touched to see things that might be omitted by us in daily lives are now reimbursed with the highest appreciation and gratitude.

The stage was decorated with a lot of different number 3 fonts…

Chloe’s dad and a woman shared their stories on the stage… about how Lord helps them to get over the sickness and painful moments… Im so proud of them, as they were standing right in front of us, and they look strong enough!

There were so many durians and we ate so much… >< I think I might be afraid of durian next time…

After the Sunday worship, we went to KLCC and wait for Jewel and Lilian, another 2 close friends of mine to come and join us. Its kinda sad that Lilian couldnt make it… I miss her so much… we waited for Jewel inside Madam Kwan’s… we always love to go there for our beloved Nasi Lemak!!! We die hard for it!! Yummy~

whenever i go to Madam Kwan’s, i will surely order nasi lemak, it has been a habit… just dono why :P

KLCC was extremely crowded today… due to the pc fair I guess… and there are no pool or other fun for us to stay there… so we decided to play Taboo after that… and Chloe left it in the car.. we went to the car park and there were these 4 scary guys who kept lookin at us… and when the lift opened… they didn’t leave and actually waited for us to walk towards the lift… thus we decided to turn back and go back into the car… they were still staring at us… and even pulled up their shirts… we were really scared and so we drove the car to another side of the car park…

After we parked the car, we looked for a quiet place… so that we could have our own sweet time playing Taboo… hehe, and we chose Gloria Jeans. The beverages there are cheaper than other places and the environment is cool too. We were so excited and were unwilling to leave… haha Chloe and Jewel even started blaming on each other when they failed to guess the word. That was so cute!… well, my vocab is really terrible… so many words that I do not know… really have to brush up my vocab…

We wished to stay longer but couldn’t as everyone has other plans for the night… well, we will see each other very soon enough, before Chloe flies back to UK end of this month. ^^
